For your information, we have now had some clarification from IPSA regarding reimbursement to Members in respect of CMITS. As a result, we have decided to double from 7 days to 14 days, our 12.5% early settlement discount. This should enable Members to receive reimbursement before having to settle their CMITS invoice. We trust this will assist Members at a time when there are significant startup costs. You can find details of the email from IPSA by clicking here. For more information on the ordering process and on pricing please click here It has always been our policy that if you are in any way unhappy with CMITS or the service we provide, we will provide a no questions asked full refund and help you migrate to any system you feel would be able to deliver you a better service. Our primary objective, despite it possibly not being commercially very sensible, is that Members obtain a system that delivers what they need. We feel that if we adopt an approch based on absolute satisfaction, then new customers will find their way to us on the recommendation of others. It's how we've always worked and to date, we haven't lost a single customer. So the good news is that you can purchase CMITS in the knowledge that if you are not completely satisfied, there is no risk to the public purse. Of course, I would never be so arrogant as to say CMITS will never go wrong, but what I can say, is that if it does, there will be someone on hand to take ownership and deal with the issue from receipt to resolution. No passing the problem around the houses, no excuses, just constructive action to get you back up and running. You know when you've got it right when you get a call at 2pm on Christmas day from a Member who wants advice on their new mobile, because Nokia aren't answering the phone! If ever there were an example of support diplomacy it was evident at the Christmas dinner table that day. As we have Trusted Partner status with your IT Department, we are able to offer technical support using the same system operated by the PICT helpdesk. We have secure network access to allow us to shadow your PC or laptop wherever you are. We even shadowed a Member in Washington last year to help him sync some important CMITS data. You will see at the top of this page an option to Get References. You will need a password to access this area of the website, as it contains contact details for a number of our users. Prefer a face to face chat?We are based in South Yorkshire and as such, are not in Westminster other than on days we have arranged to be there. So if you would like to arrange a meeting, then check the News Page which will give you an idea of when we will be around. You can also click here to make a meeting request and someone will get back to you to set something up.
